    • We collect various pieces of Personal Information depending on the reason We need the information, and only where necessary in order for Users to access and use Our Website and purchase Products.   5. The Purpose for which the Personal Information is Collected, Processed, Used and Disclosed (where indicated)

    We process your Personal Information in order to manage your agreement with us as the seller of Products and you as the Purchaser. The Personal Information is required:

    1. To identify and verify your details as a Customer and to enter into a contract for the sale of Products to You;
    2. Managing Your contract with Us and to facilitate, if necessary, tracing, collections, ongoing credit and fraud verifications;

We will consider such requests and the requirements of POPIA and may cease to Process such Personal Information and may, subject to statutory and contractual record keeping requirements, also destroy the Personal Information.
  9. Sending your Person Information Outside of South Africa

We may transfer certain Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa to service providers for purposes set out in clause 5 above, and for data storage and back-up purposes to ensure the integrity of our Website and/or operating systems.When we transfer your Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa, we will ensure that we do so in accordance with the requirements for lawful transfer outside of South Africa as set out in the POPIA.

    1. We take precautions to ensure that Your Personal Information is secure. It is important that You continue to take care when using the internet, however, as there can be no guarantee that any transmission of data over the internet or wireless network is perfectly secure. We will implement reasonable technical, computer and network security safeguards to protect Personal Information, however any information transmitted to Us is done at Your own risk.The Company will continuously review security controls and processes to prevent unauthorised access and use of Personal Information. We will report a material security breach of Personal Information to the Information Regulator and to You.
