3. What Information is Collected, Processed, Used and Disclosed (where applicable)

   • We collect various pieces of Personal Information depending on the reason We need the information, and only where necessary in order for Users to access and use Our Website and purchase Products. When you become a registered User or when you access our Website, We have to collect and process your Personal Information in order to adequately render Our Services to You.If You agree with Our Privacy Policy, we may collect the following categories of Information:Personal Information:

     2. When you participate in any surveys, competitions or any forms of promotions on offer on the Website.

   • In some instances, where necessary and within the ambits allowed under the POPIA, we may collect Personal Information or request Personal Information verifications for the Customer from third parties engaged in those services, such as credit bureaus or fraud agencies.
   • Personal Information may also be collected through the use of cookies, which are mainly used to identify visitors that return to Our Website. You can prevent Us from doing through managing your browser settings.

5. The Purpose for which the Personal Information is Collected, Processed, Used and Disclosed (where indicated)

   We process your Personal Information in order to manage your agreement with us as the seller of Products and you as the Purchaser. The Personal Information is required:

   1. To identify and verify your details as a Customer and to enter into a contract for the sale of Products to You;
   2. Managing Your contract with Us and to facilitate, if necessary, tracing, collections, ongoing credit and fraud verifications;
   3. to maximise Your online retail experience;
   4. to manage your registration as a User of Our Website;
   5. to perform all Our rights or obligations as a supplier/seller of the Products on offer, whether contractual or otherwise;

You are entitled to access this information and to request that it be corrected.You have the right on reasonable grounds, to object to the processing of Your Personal Information. We will consider such requests and the requirements of POPIA and may cease to Process such Personal Information and may, subject to statutory and contractual record keeping requirements, also destroy the Personal Information.

9. Sending your Person Information Outside of South Africa

   1. We may transfer certain Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa to service providers for purposes set out in clause 5 above, and for data storage and back-up purposes to ensure the integrity of our Website and/or operating systems.When we transfer your Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa, we will ensure that we do so in accordance with the requirements for lawful transfer outside of South Africa as set out in the POPIA.

10. Security of your Personal Information

    1. We take precautions to ensure that Your Personal Information is secure. It is important that You continue to take care when using the internet, however, as there can be no guarantee that any transmission of data over the internet or wireless network is perfectly secure. We will implement reasonable technical, computer and network security safeguards to protect Personal Information, however any information transmitted to Us is done at Your own risk.The Company will continuously review security controls and processes to prevent unauthorised access and use of Personal Information. We will report a material security breach of Personal Information to the Information Regulator and to You.        You can unsubscribe from Our mailing list at any time which will result in Us no longer marketing to You. We include a link in every marketing communication affording You with the opportunity to unsubscribe from specific marketing communication and You can email us to ask to remove You from Our mailing lists.

Our website does not directly address any persons under the age of 18 years, neither do We intentionally collect or use Personal Information of persons under the age of 18 years, unless with the express consent of a parent or guardian or if the POPIA or any other applicable law allows or requires Us to process such Personal Information.If we become aware that We have been collecting and processing Personal Information of anyone under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent, We will take the necessary steps to remove that information from Our servers.
